HOW TO DEAL WITH TOXIC PEOPLE

We all have an understanding that we must honor our bodies. Our bodies have a built-in detoxifying system to handle the toxins to which we are exposed. However, we must help to protect our bodies by being mindful of what we add to its load for processing.
In addition to our body’s load, we must also be aware of our total emotional and mental load. This is something we can and must control. If not, we will reach our toxic threshold and do damage to our own sense of well-being, quality of life and happiness. This teaching focuses on identifying toxic people and eliminating / blocking their toxicity from one’s life.

A “YOU” TAKEOVER

You are the visionary of your life! A visionary is able to see what is invisible to others and accepts their position of leadership. You cannot surrender your life to external entities and voices. As the visionary, you must takeover! You are the only one who can respond to the vision for your life – in other words, you must own the work of vision. When you takeover, when you own the work, your conviction will purify your motives, cultivate your persistence and cement your resolve. When you takeover miracles occur!

YOUR LIFE ON “FLEEK”

By now you've probably heard our young people using the expression, "on fleek." For the most part, they are referring to one getting his or her look or style "on point." However, we have the opportunity to get our entire life "on fleek." The truth is most people live afraid of the space between who they are and their manifested reality. When you begin to insist on the necessity of your life's expression in the world, you will rescue yourself from premature extinction and begin living a life that is on point – moving in the direction you want it to go. You will take the necessary risks in order to liberate your greatness.

YOU’RE JUST TOO CLOSE

Someone once said that, “being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent.” We all have moments when we feel overwhelmed by life. This feeling can have us leave the business of our lives unfinished. Some kind of crisis or a destructive and repetitive familial cycle or an experience that overwhelms us, or a physical condition that seeks to wipe us out. However, this is when you need to be persistent in the face of adversity. When you face the challenges of life, this is your “just too close” signal, not a signal for you to shrink back or surrender. You are to just too close! Don’t forfeit your peace, your ambition, your book, your business or your desired relationships. Follow your “just too close” signal and let it take you to your desired end.

FREEDOM TO QUESTION WHAT YOU  THINK YOU KNOW ABOUT GOD

The God we know is the God we have been taught. This teaching invites you to use your innate freedom to question what you think you know about God. Why is this important? Because what we think we know about God informs our understanding as to how God engages the world; most importantly, how God engages humankind. This is our God-construct. Our God-construct determines how we live our lives, justify our choices and rationalize the outcomes in our lives and in the lives of others.

UNDERSTANDING UNCONSCIOUS REPETITION  AND HOW TO SHIFT

The unconscious or subconscious refers to the content of your mind that you are not focused on at any given moment. It is a storehouse for past information, experiences or conclusions that you were once conscious of in some form, but are now stored beneath the threshold of consciousness. Unconscious repetition keeps you caught in the loop of living in automated mode, repeating the same activities with no conscious control over them. It keeps you too comfortably snuggled in the cycle to do anything about it. This teaching is about shifting from maladaptive unconscious repetition to a life of conscious choice and action.

WOUNDOLOGY
PART 1: UNDERSTANDING WOUNDOLOGY
PART 2: LIFE BEYOND WOUNDOLOGY

Dr. Caroline Myss coined the term “woundology” to describe how some people define themselves by their physical, emotional, or social wounds. Our wounds can so easily turn us into people we don't want to be, and we hardly see it happening. This 2-part teaching provides tremendous understanding into how people get “stuck” in their wounds and never obtain full recovery. This teaching also provides hope to those who are stuck in their wounds by creating a spiritual and intentional framework for achieving a life beyond woundology.

DEALING WITH THE WEEDS
PART 1 – WEED MAINTENANCE
PART 2 – LET’S GET TO THE SOIL OF IT

Invasive weeds are unwanted and unproductive elements that attempt to infiltrate the garden of your life. They have absolutely no redeeming value in your life and compete for your life’s resources; reducing the output of your life. Weeds can overtake the garden of your life in a single growing season. Most people perform weed maintenance. However, there must be a refusal to settle for giving your life’s garden spiritual manicures. Weeds must be dealt with at the root level in order to eliminate the available and accessible space for anything unwanted to grow.

GOD: FROM A CATALYST TO A CRUTCH

Our idea of God is critical to how we show up in life. For many, the teachings they have received about God lead them to an existence of "God-dependence," which disables their innate wisdom, assertiveness and progress. Instead of our God-idea being a catalyst for action, it has become a crutch for immobility. This teaching examines our God-idea and its impact in our lives.

PRESS PAUSE

In this life, you may experience roadblocks, failures and the acceleration or disruption of your life, which throws your balance out of control. The pause is a power move that is necessary for your life. When your balance is off, when you feel overwhelm or when you need clarity of direction, you can press pause. You don’t stay in the pause; you shift in it. You shift your perspective of what’s happening to you in order to “rename” your experience. The pause prevents the full stoppage of your life and re-positions you into your rightful place of power.

REJECTION OF PERFECTION

The quest for perfection can block our freedom and leave us in a constant mental place of not “being enough” or “having enough.”  When this quest is driving us, we waste the person that we are by chasing this self-defeating and unattainable mark. The work is not to be perfect; the work is to whole. You must reject the false idea of perfection in order to live a life of inner peace and genuine self-expression.

R.I.S.E.
Rejuvenated And Inspired To Soar Everywhere

This life study will inspire and equip you to “r.i.s.e” to your higher levels of living. Rising happens by choice, not be chance. It’s time to shift your focus from danger to destination, from cost to crown, and from pain to payoff. You must lose the fear and doubt of the giant you are here to become and rise to the occasion – the occasion of your highest life.

THE POWER OF HABIT

Habit influences every part of our lives. Each small action is perfecting a habit and habit shapes your daily routine and your daily routine shapes your destiny. Life necessitates a consistent examination and when necessary transformation of our habits. This teaching is about understanding the force of habit and how it should be in service to your faith and the life you are forging.

DECREE IT

God has given us the authority to make “decrees” for and over our lives. A decree is an official order. A decree is not just something you profess; it is something you decide and act upon. When you make a decree, you separate from anything – idea, thought and action outside of what you have decided for your life. This teaching is about embracing and exercising your authority to decide and act upon the official orders for your life.

WHO’S IN CHARGE?
MANAGING YOUR EMOTIONS

We are all born with a capacity to freely experience the full range of human emotions—including joy, anger, sadness, and fear. The problem is most people lack emotional intelligence (ei) and thereby allow emotions to take charge. Ei means you ask the empowering questions, “what’s going on with me?” And “what are my emotional triggers?” Through this teaching, you will begin to embrace your ei in order to effectively understand and manage your emotions.
